Sponsorship Information:

To become a sponsor of the Atlanta Foxpro Users Group is easy. Some of the following information is from the AFUG Bylaws while others are set as AFUG Board approved guidelines. They're compiled into an easy to read list. If you agree to the guidelines and requirements, then click on the "Continue" link at the bottom to fill out your sponsorship request form.

1. The sponsorship deal should be for a time period of 6 months at $200 or one year at $300.
   
2. All sponsorship links will appear in a clearly labeled "SPONSORS" box on the page.
   
3. The sponsors can switch their graphic once per six month period.
   
4. Dropping of the sponsor logos due to the failure of the sponsorship agreement is left to the discretion of the AFUG board.
   
5. The value of the placement of the graphic/advertisement on the AFUG site is valued at $1 per year.
   
6. Only one graphic per sponsoring company is allowed at one time.
   
7. The AFUG board reserves the right to review the sponsorship graphic and reject it without cause.

Here's some technical requirements for the advertisement's graphic:

1. The format of your graphic must be of type GIF or PNG.
   
2. The height of your graphic must be a maximum of 50 pixels, minimum of 35 pixels.
   
3. The width of your graphic must be a maximum of 150 pixels, minimum of 110 pixels.
   
4. No animation will be allowed in the graphic.
   
5. An exact link should be provided that will be called when a user clicks on your advertisement.
   
6. Alternate text should be provided for the graphic, less than 80 characters. (optional)
   
7. The link will open another browser window.
